The Finest Caribbean Cuisine based in Northamptonshire started in 2006 as a very small food delivery service. Husband and Wife, Robert and Sandra recognised the lack of Caribbean food in the community at the time and had a vision to provide a food service that showcased the beauty of Jamaican food. The organisation then grew and they developed their catering service starting with small events to catering Weddings, Corporate lunches and more.

Born and raised in Jamaica and being taught how to cook by his grandma, Head Chef Robert, grew a passion for cooking Jamaican food. His grandma still influences the way he cooks today and he sticks to the authentic and traditional flavours of the Caribbean with his own twists.

"Our mission is to serve to provide authentic Jamaican cuisine that is cooked to the highest standard. We have a desire to reach a diverse community with the traditional Caribbean flavours to create a true picture of Jamaica."
